The official date will not be released until last minute, but we can give out some etails on what to expect here.

Such as:

• Page Speed analysis
• Antivirus sites checking. 
• Malware Alerts.
• Sugested keywords and tips for your pages. 

These are just some of the tools in development currently ready for the Labs. 

The Lynx browser viewer 

So you may or may not have heard of this broswer, basicly its a text only broswer that runs on your server, which is great fro testing how much search engine spiders will view your pages. Although some of the bigger broswers can now support basic interpretation of javascript, images and flash, most still dont and we want our sites be to as bot friendly as posible.

Here's what google says on this.

Use a text browser such as Lynx to examine your site, because most search engine spiders see your site much as Lynx would. If fancy features such as JavaScript, cookies, session IDs, frames, DHTML, or Flash keep you from seeing all of your site in a text browser, then search engine spiders may have trouble crawling your site.

Page Speed Analysis

There are many tools like firebug, googles page speed, yslow, pingdom, that offer you the ability to run page speed and analysis of your sites and pages to help you optimize them. But what if your a webmaster, whos spent ages getting all the images optimized, content structured right and then you allow your clients to access and edit the site content via a CMS, they could be adding content that can slow down the site, and you could do with being alerted of this. Or if you rely on 3rd party apps, that are now slowing down your site, or even if you dont have access to the other browser addon tools out there, our Page Speed Analysis tool offers these abilites for you.

It will be able to alert you when a change has been made to your site thats slowed it down, when broken links appear, and other such usefull information. 

It can also report on tips for imroving your page speed, and help you to optimize your site, in ways you may not have considered before. Usefull instructions rather than just "you need to enable GZIP", we give you advise on how exactly to impliment this. Not just telling you your images are large, but helping you to make them smaller without losing almost any of the images quality.

Antivirus sites checking & Malware Alerts.

Many of the leading Antivirus software companies such as Norton and Mcaffee offer services which scan your site at at least at a basic level to find virus's or malware on pages.
Google also offers this in the form of its Malware Checking service, which is highly important at sites it reconises to contain malware, it puts a warning under this site in its results! and many broswers will also check these sites and if they find malware too they could completly block your site from being viewd! But we all know the dangers of malware and that this is nothing compared to what it can get up to on your sites. 

The trick is not only doing all you can to prevent it, but also incase it does get onto your site, you need to be alerted of it ASAP!

Site Suggestions (keywords etc). 

Ever wondered if google thinks your site is more optimized for some other words than the ones you want it to be for?

Or not sure of what keywords to target apart from just "shoes", too global keywords can be a real strugles to compete with. Which is why our tool will help you pick out keywords to target, which enables you to higher in the ranks for what people are really searching for, and things that really relate to your business and what your selling. 

These tools are all of course under construction, not everything is listed by far and things listed may change before release.
